Happy Holiday Scones (Cranberry, Banana & Lemon) 2 c. Organic Pastry Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp lemon zest 1/3 c Sugar 1 Soft banana 1/2 c of buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla extract Veg oil for greasing cookie sheet 1/2 c. Fresh cranberries 6 tsp of butter
In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. In separate bowl, combine all liquids and mix all ingredients together. Add flour to board and knead by hand. Press into circle about 3/4” thickness. Cut into pie type slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
